Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals, a renowned international pharmaceutical company, recognized the importance of maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. They approached us seeking assistance in updating their speakers manual to better align with their branding guidelines.
Challenge:
Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals faced challenges in ensuring brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines among their staff, particularly during speaking engagements and presentations. They needed a comprehensive update to their speakers manual to reinforce their brand identity and messaging effectively.
Solution:
Our brand consultant team collaborated with Sumitomo to refresh their speaker’s manual, aligning it with their updated brand identity. We integrated new brand elements such as colors, typography, imagery, and messaging, while providing clear guidelines to ensure consistent communication during speaking engagements.
Inplementation:
The updated speaker’s manual was distributed to all Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals staff involved in delivering pitch deck presentations. Training sessions were held to ensure staff could confidently apply the guidelines and maintain consistent brand communication
